Mälzer and Henssler face the direct duel in their common pop-up delivery service.The chefs do not know who the orders are going, they only get some clues before cooking.By photo, voice message or as a text via a bon machine, the two have to get an idea of their customers.Intuition and creativity are required in competition.After Mälzer and Henssler have delivered the food personally, the courts are assessed by customers with up to five stars.Whoever convinces the customers most of themselves wins.Four orders are abandoned per episode.
